With this pandemic\, General Practices have undergone a dramatic alteration\, and health professionals have been left reeling. The workplace now poses personal health risks and many consultations leave GPs and Registrars feeling both overwhelmed and helpless. \nThis webinar has been created to provide support to health care providers navigating the psychological impact this pandemic has created. Dr Justine Spencer (Psychologist) together with Dr Sarah Newman (GP and Assistant Director: Doctors Health Advisory Service) will discuss strategies Doctors can implement to facilitate self-care. This session aims to both empower and provide the tools necessary to adapt to this unique environment. \nLearning Outcomes: \n1. Identify and implement self-care strategies\n2.
