DESCRIPTION:This update will focus on case finding\, testing\, patient assessment and treatment of hepatitis C infection in primary care settings.\nLearning Objectives:\n• Identify priority populations for hepatitis C testing\n• Interpret test results and diagnose hepatitis C appropriately\n• Assess for liver fibrosis and other comorbidities\n• Communicate information confidently to actively engage individuals in decisions about their treatment and care\n• Initiate treatment\, monitor and follow-up according to the recommended guidelines Collaborating Partner:\nThis Presentation will be delivered by:\nDr Heather Lyttle\nPublic Health Physician \nThis course is FREE.
