Advanced Life Support Workshop

Facilitated by University of Western Australia, Emergency Medicine Department, a registered training organisation and course centre for the Australian Resuscitation Council, this course is designed to provide health care staff with the essential knowledge and skills needed to treat and manage the deteriorating patient and those in cardio respiratory arrest. The course consists of lectures and practical simulations, in addition, this course will emphasise the importance of teamwork.

On successful completion of this course, the Australian Resuscitation Council awards the candidate a certificate and registration card which is valid for 4 years.

Eligibility:  Medical practitioners, nurses, paramedics and other medical emergency practitioners

Length: One day: 8.30am – 5.00pm

Cost: $450.00

Accreditation and Grant: This workshop is accredited with RACGP and ACRRM for continuing professional development points.
