Annual Cycle of Care – Health Professional/Worker Webinar

This live webinar will provide you with an overview of the role the annual cycle of care has in the ongoing management of diabetes. As a health professional, you have many opportunities to support people living with diabetes. Knowing more about the general management of diabetes can help you have more meaningful conversations with the people you see.
The Annual Cycle of Care presentation will include time for questions and cover the:
- main features of the diabetes annual cycle of care
- timing and targets for the diabetes annual cycle of care tests, checks and reviews
- requirements of a GP Management Plan for a person with diabetes
- NDSS information and resources available on the Annual Cycle of Care
By the end of this program, you will feel confident discussing the annual cycle of care with the people who you are seeing living with diabetes.
