Join Roslyn Smith, Assistant Director – Department of Health and Aged Care, for a discussion on the Commonwealth funded aged care services, your role in patient access and recent reforms including General Practice in aged care and rural and remote services.

Additionally, there will also be short presentations by:
• WA Country Health Service – Goldfields, Regional Manager for Multi-Purpose Services & Aged Care, including aged care assessments and the referral process.

• WA Primary Health Alliance – Digital Health Team will provide a short demonstration on the new VISIONFLEX TELEHEALTH CART being implemented in the Kalgoorlie aged care homes to improve care for our local residence
