Diabetes WA – Health Professional Upskilling.

This session is discusses the role of the health professional in helping women with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who are interested in planning and preparing for pregnancy. We will look at the importance of pre-conception planning and then journey though each trimester of pregnancy looking at the risk of elevated BGLs for both the mother and baby in addition to what to expect during each trimester.
