Strapping and Injury Management Workshop Series

Health First Kalgoorlie has partnered with Goldfields Sport Development Network to offer a series of FREE strapping and injury management workshops hosted by Health First Group’s leading physiotherapists.
This series is designed to give a better understanding of the mechanisms of strapping different strapping techniques and the management and prevention of specific sports-related injuries. These workshops are ideal for those in the sporting industry – coaches trainers players and anybody interested in recreational exercise are encouraged to attend.

*Taping for muscle imbalance
*Taping for sport injuries
*Common injuries
