VAD Update: Reflections on the first 6 months is being held on 10th February 2022 from 8.45am – 12.00pm. The forum will be an opportunity to hear about the first 6 months of the implementation of voluntary assisted dying in Western Australia, and will include presentations from:

* WA VAD Statewide Care Navigator Service
*WA VAD Statewide Pharmacy Service
*WA VAD Community of Practice
