Webinar: HIV: Shared care for chronic disease management

This webinar – a collaboration between RACGP Queensland and The Australian Society for HIV Medicine (ASHM) – will provide GPs an overview of the chronic disease needs of people living with HIV, and aims to increase the capacity of the primary care workforce to engage in HIV management.
Facilitated by Prof. Clare Heal, RACGP Expert Research Committee, and presented by Dr Stuart Aitken, Sexual Health Physician, this webinar will provide participants with effective tools to coordinate and share care with their patients local hospital-based specialist or GP HIV S100 prescriber.
