Webinars with TRACS WA – supporting high quality subacute care

Tune in with Training Centre in Subacute Care (TRACS) WA every Friday this May. Your clinical world may have changed, but you can still listen and learn from TRACS WA’s experienced development facilitators.

During the month of May, TRACS WA will be providing a series of 30 minute online learning sessions supporting you to deliver high quality subacute care. There will be two session times
each Friday:
12:30pm – 1:00pm
2:30pm – 3:00pm

The topics are:
Week 1: 1st May
Self Care in Health Care – looking after yourself

Week 2: 8th May
Developing a resilient mindset and thriving in difficult times

Week 3: 15th May
Communicating effectively with others from a social distance

Week 4: 22nd May
Goals of Patient Care – what, why and how

Week 5: 29th May
Courageous conversations with patients and family members

These short sessions will provide you with practical advice and resources to help you look after yourself, those around you, and to provide the best possible care to your patients.
