Kalgoorlie-Boulder Local Drug Action Group and Hope Community Services launches the Community Perception Survey
The Kalgoorlie-Boulder Local Drug Action Group (KBLDAG) is announcing the launch of its fourth Perception Survey buts this year the Survey is in collaboration with Hope Community Services – Goldfields Community Alcohol and Other Drug Service. The survey will include Alcohol and drug, Mental Health and Suicide prevention. We encourage all GOHPN members to complete the survey before the 6th June, 2021
The purpose of this year’s survey is to inform the development of the First Community Wellbeing Plan in Kalgoorlie. The plan is coordinated via, Goldfields Community Alcohol and Drug Service and involves Kalgoorlie-Boulder Local Drug Action Group, Local Government, local Non-for Profit Organisations, Police, Mental Health Commission, community groups and service providers across Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Coolgardie.

Completing the survey gives everyone the opportunity to enter a draw for one of the following three prizes.
