Professional development training is now available for health professionals in regions affected by the ongoing outbreak of syphilis in WA. The training is suitable for doctors, nurses, midwives, Aboriginal health practitioners and Aboriginal health workers. The training consists of current epidemiology, outbreak responses, clinical stages, testing and management, contact tracing, interpreting results, and notification.
